Appointments must be arranged through a licensed physician only.  To minimize any delays, please ensure that all supporting documents are included with the request for consultation including all bloodwork, imaging, and previous surgical/endoscopy procedure notes. 

 

Please also ensure that you bring with you a list of all your current medical issues and medications.

We aim to see urgent Colorectal and General Surgical issues within 2-3 weeks.  Less urgent cases can take up to 6-8 weeks, and occasionally longer.  The appointment date and time will be sent back to your referring physician who will then notify you.

For patients who are referred through the Emergency Department, our office will contact you directly to book an appointment.  If you have not heard from our office within 1 week of your ED visit, please call the office in case the referral was misplaced.
